CONSUMER REVIEWS/TESTIMONIALS

"No, it doesn't have blueberries in it like it shows on the box. But besides that, it lives up to its promises. Probiotic for people like me who have touchy digestive systems. And really, well, yummy. I think I need a thesaurus. How many ways are there to say yummy? It really is a great way to start the day."

L. Duff, Midwest

"This cereal is pretty tasty. I am 19 years old and picked it up for the benefits, it was around $3 something at Walmart. This cereal tastes pretty good, I expected it to taste terrible, but it isn't. I wish it were more sugary. I am not a health nut when it comes to sugar, and if sugar is going to help make the taste less bland then ADD IT! This cereal would be GREAT if you added blueberries to it or something. This is my 2nd day eating it so I have no comments about regularity. Update: After eating a box of the cereal, I grew very tired of it. I can't stand this cereal now, it's revolting. I can't eat anymore. The sogginess is disgusting, and it did nothing for my digestive system."

Angie

"This is the best tasting healthy cereal I've tried to date. I could literally eat this every day for the rest of my life and feel good about it. The fact that it is the only cereal that also has the cultures in it to help my digestive track makes it worth buying even at the steep price of $5/box (which is what it comes to on Amazon.) That is a pretty high price for cereal though so only four stars and not five. In my home town I can buy it for $3.6/box and that is a no-brainer."

Andrew Lopucki, Gainsville, Florida

"If you are looking for a tasty cereal which is also low in carbs, sufficient in fiber, but yet doesn't taste like cardboard, this is an excellent choice."

One of Amazon's Best Customers, Pennsylvania

"This is my favorite Kashi cereal, though it is terribly expensive, especially in health food stores when you can find it. I am a graham crackers baby from way back which I guess explains some of my enthusiasm for this cereal. I eat my cereal with vanilla soy milk which also adds to the flavor experience, I'm sure. The really GREAT thing about this cereal is that it really, really comfortably works to regulate my digestive tract."

PROS:
--Lots of fiber *12 grams a serving*
--probiotics
--Cholesterol-free
--trans fat-free

As far as high fiber, healthy cereals this is the only one I can stand.

CONS:
--Not too pleasant to look at. It has a LOT going on. Lots of brown in different shapes and sizes.
--Lots of fiber, if you have a low fiber diet--please think of your spouse, coworkers, etc and ease your way into this one...

DonkaDoo (The Good Earth)

"Love this cereal and after my first box couldn't find it available in any stores near me. So happy to have found it on Amazon and with automatic shipments.

It has great fiber and the probiotics help keep everything healthy. I have it with Rice or Almond milk and that gives it just a slight amount of added sweetness. It might seems a little too 'healthy' for some, but after a few tries you will realize what good it does to your digestive system.

Enjoy!"
